We ask that all client bookings be confirmed with payment in full via EFT by your 37th week of pregnancy. Please note that all bookings are non-refundable, with an exception made solely in the event of premature labor. Should you need to reschedule a confirmed appointment, your booking will be moved to our next available time slot.

Hospital Transfers

In the event that a mother is transferred to a hospital after being admitted to our facility, fees will apply for care already received. This includes a standard rate of R1000 per hour for facility care up to the point of transfer, plus the cost of any stock or medical supplies utilized.
